Jana Harmon, Ph.D, is the Senior Fellow For Christian Apologetics for the C.S. Lewis Institute and a Teaching Fellow for C.S. Lewis Institute Atlanta. She serves on the Atlanta Advisory Board and as an Adjunct Professor of Cultural Apologetics at Biola University. Her doctoral research studied the religious conversion of atheists to Christianity looking at the perspectives and stories of 50 former Atheists. She views apologetics through a practical, evangelistic lens. She is the host of the podcast eX-skeptic for the C.S. Lewis Institute. Jana received her PhD from the University of Birmingham, England.

Trained in molecular biology, she began her career reporting on science and technology before moving into psychology and mental health. A one-time secular liberal, Heather’s pursuit of truth led her through science, politics, and spirituality until she found the love and reality of Jesus Christ. Today, she writes for Christian publications and serves in pastoral care, helping others discover faith and healing through God’s love.

Stephen Iacoboni, MD, is a veteran oncologist, author, and speaker whose medical career spans more than forty years. Trained during an era dominated by scientific materialism, he once embraced an atheistic worldview. But through decades of walking with cancer patients in their deepest suffering, he rediscovered the reality of the human soul and the hope of faith. He is the author of The Undying Soul: A Cancer Doctor’s Discovery and Telos: The Scientific Basis for a Life of Purpose, where he shares both his personal journey from atheism to faith and his case for meaning and design in life. Today, Dr. Iacoboni continues to write and speak on the intersection of science, medicine, and spirituality, encouraging both doctors and skeptics to see beyond a purely mechanistic view of life.

Caleb holds a degree in history and is pursuing a Master’s in Biblical Studies at Colorado Christian University. Michael R. Egnor, MD, is a Professor of Neurosurgery and Pediatrics at State University of New York, Stony Brook, has served as the Director of Pediatric Neurosurgery. He received his medical education at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons and is an award-winning brain surgeon. His new book, The Immortal Mind: A Neurosurgeon’s Case for the Existence of the Soul, explores the scientific and philosophical evidence for the soul, arguing that the human mind possesses faculties such as consciousness, free will, rational thought, and self-awareness that cannot be reduced to physical brain activity alone.

Trevor Lohman is a clinical research neuroscientist, professor, and author whose academic path began in cellular and molecular biology before transitioning into gene expression and aging. Currently serving as an assistant professor at a medical school in Los Angeles, Trevor explores the intersection of neuroscience and cardiovascular disease. Despite a successful scientific career, Trevor experienced a seismic worldview shift. Once a staunch atheist deeply immersed in rationalism, he began to question the very foundation of his beliefs. His journey—driven by curiosity, intellectual honesty, and a deep love of science—led him not away from reason, but toward faith. His debut book, God’s Eye View, challenges the modern cultural divide between science and spirituality and reclaims the spiritual heritage at the roots of scientific inquiry.

Michael Lewis is a filmmaker and former atheist whose search for truth led him to faith in Jesus Christ. Michael now uses his passion for storytelling to communicate truth through film. He is currently directing Universe Designed, a documentary exploring the evidence for God through science, reason, and personal stories. The film features leading apologists and thinkers and aims to help skeptics take a second look at Christianity. Michael lives with his wife and two children just south of Dallas–Fort Worth, where he continues to create meaningful media projects grounded in faith.
